Purchased farmland?
Explore the fertility
you acquired.
A farmland purchase may include unexhausted fertilizer from prior applications. Through Modern Ag Solutions, explore whether those acquired fertilizer costs support a deduction or other cost recovery, including Section 180 where appropriate.
Eligibility, amount, and timing depend on your acquisition facts and supporting records. Soil testing alone does not establish a deduction. Review final tax treatment with your CPA or tax advisor.
